This is a group run by Jill Staples as the title says for Independent photographers. If you live in the South of England, it is worth becoming a member. IPSE holds frequent one day and weekend workshops where you can hear and meet national figures in the photographic/art world.

Inversnaid has got to be one of the best places to receive a photographic education. Master classes with many well known British and American Photographers are held here each year. The scenery is wonderful, food excellent, accommodation comfortable and André and Linda Goulancourt, the owners and hosts are both wonderful.
